Hi there! I'm Stacey Renee, the founder and president of Next Level Entertainment. I'm excited to take a moment to introduce myself and tell you a little bit about our company.
Next Level Entertainment was born out of my love for live music and performing. Growing up, I trained intensively in the professional dance industry, and at the age of 16, I started NLE as a dance workshop held at convention centres across Toronto. But it wasn't until I got hired for my first performing job at Canada's Wonderland that I fell in love with live music. The energy, the electricity of performing with a 10-piece live band and getting the crowds up on their feet dancing was exhilarating! From there, I added a minor in music to my double major studies at York University, and Next Level Entertainment - Live Music & Events was born.
We started out small, playing small town festivals and weddings, squished together in one van, and slowly built up to playing larger festivals and events across Canada. Now, 16 years later, we provide live music for thousands of weddings, festivals, and events across North America. We've performed at some incredible venues, such as Yonge-Dundas Square, Nathan Phillips Square, Ripley's Aquarium of Canada, Rogers Centre, and Ontario Place.
At NLE, we offer a range of services, including live music for weddings and events, DJ services, lighting and sound production, and event planning. We're passionate about creating the perfect soundscape for our clients, from the ceremony to the cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing. We love learning new music and putting our own spin on classic songs to create a unique and unforgettable experience for our clients.
What I love most about working in the wedding industry is getting to know new people and new couples, bonding over our shared love of music, and creating the soundtrack to their perfect day. We work closely with our clients to learn their favorite styles and genres of music, and we love collaborating with other wedding industry vendors to create a seamless and memorable event.
At NLE, we're a close-knit team of musicians, DJs, and event planners who share a passion for creating unforgettable experiences for our clients. We love what we do, and we're grateful for the opportunity to do what we love every day.
